sell and ship scuba equipment by mail in response to mail, telephone, or
Internet orders may NOT be authorized dealers.
If you purchase scuba equipment by mail, telephone order or electronically, you
may be purchasing from a non-authorized dealer and your equipment may NOT be
covered by a factory warranty. Many of our equipment manufacturers have NOT
authorized any exceptions to the “in-store” sales policy.
When you purchased scuba equipment from an authorized dealer you are doing
business with trained professionals who will instruct you on the proper and safe
use of your equipment. Additionally, you receive a factory warranty, a
guarantee of customer satisfaction and the convenience of a local authorized
service center.
Non-authorized dealers cannot provide you with the factory warranty, and do not
have access to the latest technical and product upgrade information. As a
result, you will not be notified of product modifications which may impact the
performance of the equipment purchased.
If you have any questions as to whether a retailer is authorized dealer, please
